On April 27, 2022, the Department of Economics has successfully conducted a guest lecture entitled "Comparative Economic Development in Asia and Africa". In this guest lecture, invited speakers from Ritsumeikan University, Japan, namely Prof. JC. Maswana. All countries in the world have committed to progress by implementing and adopting the SDGs agenda into national plans, integrating social development, economic growth and environmental protection, To achieve sustainable development goals, this guest lecture is expected to be able to provide additional information related to the comparison of economic development in Asia and Africa for students and the academic community of Development Economics.
This guest lecture was moderated by one of IE UNAIR's young lecturers, Yessi Rahmawati, SE.M.Ec., and was attended by hundreds of participants from undergraduate to postgraduate students as well as lecturers in FEB.
